The Natural Fibre Company is a small company with a dedicated, loyal staff of 10, six in production, two in the office, the managing director and chairman.

Three others work part-time and in February we appointed an operations manager to increase productivity and build output.

There are no other vacancies at this time, but as we grow there may be opportunities for engineering, finishing and production staff. We can train finishers and are looking into the possibility of taking on an engineering apprentice.

With the on-line shop part-time opportunities will arise for weavers, machine and hand knitters. The shop also opens the door for design commissions and marketing partnerships.

Managing director Sue Blacker will always talk to people with the relevant experience or qualifications and who share her passion for natural fibre and high quality. If there is no immediate vacancy, details will be held until an opportunity arises.

We have a standard contract of employment which we regularly update to comply with best practice and the latest regulations.
