The success of the mill since its relocation to Cornwall in 2005 is partly because of the relationships we have developed with customers.
While it probably won't be necessary to talk to our on-line shopping customers about buying individual balls of wool, we intend to continue this philosophy and are very happy to discuss the suitability, availability and sizes of our products with customers.
Where limited edition products are involved we will always try to indicate when these might next become available and in what sort of quantitites.
