Some fleeces are too strong and coarse for knitwear - so what's the answer? GARDEN TWINE OF COURSE!

The Devon and Cornwall Longwool sheep breed is rare and special and serves its local community well. They don't have soft fleeces, but goodness, they are strong and therefore perfect to spin for a sustainable, locally produced, garden twine.

We complete the deal with a re-useable tin, a nice label and the twine can be pulled from the centre so should not cause the usual dreadful tangles which lead us to lose our tempers and dump string!

Each tin contains around 100 metres of twine: the ideal, different and sustainable gift for all gardeners or someone you'd like to go in the garden!
