We sort and grade the rare and luscious Gotland fleeces into three shades of silver pale grey, pewter mid grey and iron dark grey. Even then there will be variations as the Gotland is naturally very varied on each sheep.

This fleece is lustrous, long and wavy and felts very well, but is not the easiest for hand-spinning, though the results will justify the effort.
